Weaving is one of the textile process which convert yarn in to fabrics, while in fabrics contains of warp (vertical yarn) and weft (horizontal yarn)

Before we weave the fabrics, we will need to prepare something first in order to create a good weaving result called preparation process, so the preparation process is like follow :
♦ Natural Yarn 
Warping → Sizing & Beaming → Leasing → Drawing-In → Looms → Inspection
♦ Synthectic Twisted Yarn
Pirn Winding → TFO → Steam Setting → Sectional Warping → Drawing-In → Looms → Inspection
♦ Synthetic Non Twisted Yarn
Warping → Sizing → Beaming → Leasing → Drawing-In → Looms → Inspection

Prin Winding is a process to rewind the yarn from large bobbin to the small bobbin, the size of the small bobbin is depended to the needs.

TFO is Two For One, in this process two yarn is twisted to become one single yarn

Warping is a process to wind warp yarn from small cones in creel in to warping beams

Sectional Warping is a process to wind warp yarn from several cylinders in creel. This process is divided in to several sections, which each section is cut basic on yarn length and width and all of sections is jointed in one large drum before rewind in to the loom beams

Sizing is a process to cover the yarn by some chemicals, which make the yarn have less hairiness and become stronger. In natural yarn preparation process, they joint between sizing and beaming. Hence besides covering the yarn by chemical, they also rewind several warping beams into one loom beam

Beaming is a process to rewind several sizing beams into one loom beam. Sizing beam is accorded to the total creel, while loom beam is accorded to total yarns required for weaving process

Leasing is a process to divide the warp yarn in to two categorize (even number and odd number), this process is needed to make drawing in process easier

Drawing In is a process to put all the warp yarn in to all accessories needed for weaving process, such as dropper for warp yarn breakage sensor, heald for making shedding motion, and reed for arranging the density
