Chrome Coated Material (NCE)

This first generation of Coating type is created to reduce the abrasion caused by the yarn due to tension and weft shrinkage.

It is recomended for the fabric which have medium level of weft shrinkage (4% - 6%) with a loom speed that is less than 700 RPM.

For heavy weft shrinkage fabric (more than 6%), hard warp yarn (i.e.: high twist yarn, rayon/viscose, glass fiber, etc.), special sizing compound, and loom with high speed (more than 700 RPM), it is highly recomended that you select DLC Coated Material.
