Conical


Conical Entries are most suitable for machines using  more than 2 colors. By widening the air guide space of the reed on the main nozzle side, a smooth weft insertion from the main nozzle is achieved for a wide range of colours from single nozzle to various colour nozzles.

Available for both weavers in form of Conical Profile Reed and for Reed Manufacturers in any kind of specification according to demand.


Specification

N-Cone is a normal Conical used for creating smooth weft insertion, this cones is used for weaver who use more than 2 color in weft insertion.

S-Cone is modified Conical used for reducing selvedge breakage by eliminating friction between warp yarn with lower jaws from Profile Dents due high density selvedge.  This S-Cone can be use by weaver who use max 2 color and got high density in selvedge side 

OS-Cone is modified Conical used both for reducing the selvedge breakage and also smooth weft insertion.  This OS-Cone is ideal to be used by weaver who use more than 2 color in weft insertion and high density in selvedge side.
