It will be very important to make sure that all the instrument in the weft insertion system on your Air Jet loom perfom maximum before you run the machines. Sub Nozzle Positioning Gauge is used to make easy setting on your Air Jet Loom weft insertion system by making sure that all of the sub nozzle perform and set well.
DISTANCE GAUGE indicates distance between sub nozzle and pitot tube in digital display.
DIGITAL PRESSURE GAUGE indicates air pressure from sub nozzle along the reed. You will see actual air flow on the machine.
IDEAL for sub nozzle setting in order to maximize sub nozzle performace which in turn resulting smooth weft insertion with minimum energy consumption
